Job description: Channel Sales Manager
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the agency network, driving sales growth, and ensuring the effective development of agents and agencies within the company's agency channel. This position requires a proven leader with strong sales acumen, expertise in agency management, and a track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing agents and agencies.
- Identify and target potential agents and agencies to expand the business in new and existing markets.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue generation from the agency channel.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in terms of product offerings and sales strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs for agents to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
Desired candidate profile
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sales
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
