Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
In order to maintain our business competitive and inventive, we need a high-performing sales manager who can assist us in achieving our goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Grow the business and meet sales goals by effectively leading the sales staff.
- Recruiting prospective financial advisors and leaders.
- Hiring, educating, inspiring, and counseling a group of salespeople.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close procedures
- Engage in on-the-ground activities to reach the widest possible client base
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
