Job Description :
- Together with the partner sales resources, sell to end users through partner organisations.
- Obtain the strategic goals and profitable sales volume benchmarks in the designated partner accounts.
- By encouraging excellent communication between the channel and direct teams, you can manage direct/channel conflict.
- Monitor partner adherence to channel partner agreements and programmes.
- Participate in a partner planning process that establishes shared performance goals, financial targets, and significant turning points in a partnership.
- Find a partner, develop & deploy our products in their markets to the point of incremental joint revenue attainment, working with partner sales resources, marketing, etc.
Reporting to: Regional or Branch Manager.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
