Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
To oversee our insurance sales activities via the agency channel, we are looking for an aggressive Channel Sales Manager.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assemble, mentor, and oversee a group of insurance representatives.
- Create and implement plans to reach sales goals.
- Develop trusting bonds with both clients and agents.
- Track industry developments and seek for fresh prospects.
- Assure excellent client satisfaction and agent assistance.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in field sales of at least one year.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent at fixing problems and negotiating.
- It is necessary to have a current driver's license and own a bike.
