Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to oversee our distribution channels and drive sales growth for our insurance products.
Featured Responsibility :
- Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including brokers, agents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel agents.
- Offering and allocating work to team members.
- Ability to allocate duties based on the skills of employees
- Sales of life insurance policies through the agency model.
- Keeping up with numerous beneficial marketing investments and techniques.

- Identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Good time management skills.
Candidate Specifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree
Age : 22 to 38
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role
- You need to have a driver's license and a bike
