Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with current Channel Partners and find new ones.
- In order to cross- and upsell the projects, understand the needs of both the customer and the business.
- Collaborate with other employees, such as the management and support teams, to meet and exceed the expectations of your clients and channel partners.
- Act as a point of contact for the closing team with the clients and channel partners, obtaining, validating, and elucidating the partners' needs and performance on a regular basis in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other sales channels to avert any potential
- Give the Channel Partner and their team regular product training.
- Make sure the generated leads are handled within the TAT on the same day.
- Set up the post-booking.
