Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Establish a medium- and long-term plan for important accounts after thoroughly analyzing their strategy, expansion objectives, and decision-making procedures.
- Create and oversee the implementation of brand and category solutions that integrate consumer and channel insights.
- Make sure that goals are met for important accounts regarding product availability, visibility, volume, and customer price.
- In order to meet the goals set by each product brand, collaborate with the marketing team to develop trade and consumer programs
- Evaluate competitors' and Nestle's product business performance in important accounts to improve the efficacy of developed trade and consumer programs that support volume growth.
- Provide information such as pack size by channel, price, distribution target, and trade margin for the innovation/renovation business case.
- Create and manage a business
