Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Team Leader for Agency Channel will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to maximize revenue growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Recruit, train, and develop new agents to achieve business objectives
- Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and optimal customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, and services to stay competitive and relevant
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Age :- 22 To 38
