Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- Managing joint calls with advisors and converting their calls.
- Responsible for complete territory growth and evaluating channel opportunities in assigned locations. Work on channel expansion to enhance product reach in the market.
- Appointing channel partners in the assigned locations and Identifying and grooming/developing a set of partner people by training them on the product, sales skills, and soft skills so that they can replicate the same with other resources resulting in the overall development of the partner resources
- Driving sales through channel partners & Resellers in line with set targets and guiding and helping channel partners in product promotion to generate leads.
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local to the same city
- Ability to handle team
- Ability to meet deadlines
