Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment and development of quality advisors
2. Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors
3. Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on products, regulations, and other selling inputs
4. Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
5. Motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors and giving special attention to average performers and providing needs based training.
Candidate Profile :
Experience - 2-3 years in field sales
Age - 24-39 Years
Educational Qualifications -Graduate
MUST - Own Two Wheeler
SALARY- Up to 4 Lac + Reimbursement
Candidate should be LOCAL or 4-5 Years stay in the location
