Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- To oversee and coordinate sales through distribution in order to establish market dominance in the designated area through an increase in gross sales and revenue.
- Achieve sales goals for all items by carrying out the distribution plan with channel partners.
- Keep an eye on the distribution channel's acquisition quality.
- Maintaining product availability at retail while abiding by standards.
- Carry out promotional efforts for channel partners to boost sales and establish credibility in the market.
- Meet the distribution channel's zonal revenue objective for all items.
- Regular meetings with distributors, retailers, and off-roll sales personnel will help to keep motivation levels high.
- Achieving important goals for the territory's distribution network (Sales, Revenue).
- Reaching activating and recharge expansion targets for retail outlets.
