Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- Recruit and develop a team of Unit/Development/Agency managers (Front line employees)
- Conduct learning and development sessions for the team at regular intervals
- Initiate lead generation activities to support the assigned team to deliver quality & profitable growth by doing need-based selling
