Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Duties :
1. Sales and marketing.
2. Candidates have to develop new sales strategies that will improve the organization's sales.
3. Seek potential clients and trusted customers.
4. Candidate has to maintain a healthy relationship with the manager and clients.
5. Take daily updates from the crew members and give sales presentations to the manager and team members.
6. To Manage the agency channel sales team and the sales team is responsible for managing agents, training agents, and achieving sales targets.
7. Research and identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: 2+ Years in Sales and Marketing and 1+ years in the BFSI sector
- CTC: Up to 2.55/3.20 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Education : Any Graduation
- Candidate : Local Candidate
