Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-2 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Kolar. The ideal candidate has at least 2 year of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, or B2B sales. This role involves developing and managing channel partners, driving sales through them, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel partners (agents, distributors, dealers, or brokers) to drive sales.
- Recruit, train, and motivate channel partners to improve sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Implement sales strategies to increase revenue through channel sales.
- Monitor and analyze channel partner sales performance and provide necessary support.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Organize sales training and product knowledge sessions for partners.
- Ensure smooth coordination between channel partners and the company.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 year of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, or B2B sales.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage channel partners effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Kolar and nearby regions for business development.
- Experience in insurance, loans, mutual funds, or financial product sales.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement sales strategies.
