The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales through life insurance agencies. This role includes creating sales strategies, monitoring the performance of agencies, and growing the agent network.
Salary Package : 2.20 LPA - 3.20 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement agency channel sales strategies.
- Identify and recruit insurance agents, providing support and guidance.
- Execute growth initiatives and track sales performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key agency partners.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Sales experience of minimum 1 year .
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must be located nearby.
