Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
A Relationship Manager at leading Life Insurance you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing them with personalized insurance solutions. The primary goal is to understand the client's insurance needs, offer suitable products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels, such as referrals, leads, networking, and cold calling. Develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' insurance requirements, financial goals, risk appetite, and future plans.
- Possess a deep understanding of Insurance's product portfolio.
- Stay updated on the latest insurance trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients, explaining policy features, benefits, terms, and conditions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their changing needs and offer appropriate solutions. Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Create and execute sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling of insurance products. Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and follow up on leads.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in field
- Previous experience in life insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance products
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
