- Reviewing performance and creating action plans to improve.
- Building strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Ensuring all staff manage their time effectively.
- Following agency rules, regulations, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.
- Researching current market trends and using that knowledge to grow the business.
- Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in BFSI/Insurance.
- Age: 24-38 years.
- Education: At least a graduate.
- Must have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and a go-getter attitude.
