- Building Agency : Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's/Sales Associates (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members Etc)
- Driving Sales : Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor's.
- Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the SA team.
