Experience - Minimum 1 Year(Any Insurance Sales)
Industry preferred :- (Pharma ,Telecom, Insurance)
Role and Responsibilities :
Agent Management : Responsible for driving recruitment & activation of agent. To recruit and appoint producers/agents for General Insurance business
Training : Coach & guide the producers/agents to cross sell and grow their business & make individual producer grow Year on Year. Support and guide the producers/agents in all activities related to policy issuance, servicing & claims
Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in sales operations. Ensure IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to producers
