Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

We are looking for a proactive Channel Sales Manager to enhance our sales efforts through strategic partnerships. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to drive market expansion and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster and sustain strong relationships with channel partners.

- Create and implement effective sales strategies to boost market visibility.

- Provide ongoing training and resources to empower partners to succeed.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

- Proven experience in channel sales or business development.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
