Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Channel sales for life insurance agencies will be overseen and promoted by the channel sales manager. Developing sales strategies, monitoring agency performance, and expanding the agent network are all included in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Make agency channel sales plans and implement them.
- Locate insurance representatives, inform them, and offer assistance.
- Perform growth strategies and monitor sales performance.
- The establishment and maintenance of relationships with key agency partners.
- Analyze market trends and adjust plans of action accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports and abide by the rules.
Requirements :
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree.
- The ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proficient in leadership, communication, and analysis.
