Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)

Job Summary :
- The role of a Channel Sales Manager is a frontline sales position responsible for recruiting Financial Advisors/Agents to build a robust network of sales representatives. They are also responsible for managing the performance of these agents to achieve business targets and provide support for their day-to-day activities. This, in turn, leads to improved customer service and sales performance
Role & responsibilities :
1 .Acquiring new agents through market mapping or other sources of recruitment, networking and relationship building and cold calling etc.,
2. Execution of business strategy and driving channel sales to achieve business targets.
3. Ensuring and increasing business through span of active agents by ensuring structured training programs for agents, increasing number of new accounts per agent, motivating agents, execution of promotional activities/ campaigns etc.,
4. Ensuring hygiene in the business, including reconciliation, customer complaints resolution/daily reporting to HO/Manager etc.
Preferred candidate profile :
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience in sales and marketing is required.
- Candidates must possess a fundamental understanding of the insurance industry and be flexible with field visits
- Age Criteria 23 to 33 Years.
