Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Roles :
- Lead-based work, which is assigned by branch
- Organizing sales visits to interested customers
- Showing and presenting suitable insurance policy
- Maintaining accurate records of existing bancassurance customers.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations.
- Own the operational aspects of coding a new advisor and day-to-day interactions with support functions whenever required.
Candidate requirements :
1. Graduation in Any Stream
2. Mini. 1 to 2 Years in sales and Marketing of Life Insurance
3. Attractive Personality and good communication skills
4. One who ready for challenges
5. Age: 24 to 38 Yrs.
Channel: On Roll- Agency
Other: Local candidate of that area and have good local network.
CTC upto 3.20 LPA + incentive + 60k city bonus at the end of the year .
