Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
We are pleased to announce that we are looking for a young, motivated individual to join our team immediately as an Channel Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Generating action plans and doing performance evaluations.
- Preserving staff adherence to agency guidelines, practises, and policies.
- Recruitment, evaluation, and training of new agents.
- As this is fieldwork rather than office work, you should be prepared to work outside.
- And finally, be prepared to build your own network.
Candidate mandated:
- Graduation is required
- Two years or more in competent sales and marketing
Age range : 21 to 38
CTC: 2.75 to 3.15 LPA + Bonus + Extra Assistance
