Experience: Min 6 Months of Experience in Field Sales Profile from any of these industries BFSI, LI, GI & Health & Motor Or Any other relevant industry will also work.(LOan,finance,banking product)
Role Description:
- Responsible for recruiting agents through various sources to achieve business targets.
- Accountable for executing the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results. - Responsible for the training and development of each recruited agent.
- Accountable for expanding and sustaining the existing business base by exploring opportunities among channel partners and increasing the organization's share in the client portfolio.
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing service levels provided to clients, ensuring the sustenance of existing business.
This includes follow-ups, coordination with stakeholders for approvals, payouts, etc., and other administrative activities for smooth operations.
- Responsible for exploring and identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, generating referrals, or networking via agents.
- Identifying areas for improvement and enhancing business opportunities.
Mandate Eligibility Parameters-
- Total Experience - Minimum 0.6 Months
- Max Age - 35Years
- Qualification - Any Graduate
- Industry - BFSI, LI, GI & Health & Motor Or Any other relevant industry will also work
- OWN Bike mandatory
- Basic English communication Reference
- Candidate should be Comfortable in travelling in field
- Must have basic understanding about Insurance.(Health insurance/LIfe/General Insurance)
- Bold,Confident,Presentable,Decent looking.
- Must be comfortable working in Agency Vertical.
