Manager - Channel Sales - Hotels/Restaurant (8-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Achieving monthly sales/revenue targets
- Channel Expansion as per expansion plans
- Channel Development through regular training/OJT's/processes and ensure the Channel
ROI :
- Plan activities and leads funnel for all partners and ensure its execution
- Ensuring partner compliance with Sales polices of MHRIL
- Follow PJP and ensure frequency of Channel Partner visits as per categorization of CP's
- Recruiting and selecting DSA manpower; training and leading channel sales force and sales representatives to ensure desired productivity
- Define the revenue/sales targets for the set of partners being handled and track/review performance
- Daily/Weekly reporting as per guidelines
- CP support wrt timely logins/PLC/VC and ensure business quality and yield
