Your Role -
As a Channel Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our agent network, empowering them to succeed and delivering exceptional results. You'll be on the ground, building connections and ensuring our agents are equipped with the knowledge and support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Empower Agency Partners:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of top-performing insurance agents.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with agency partners.
- Deliver engaging product and process training to ensure agent expertise.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in partnership with agencies.
- Monitor agent performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
- Maintain Compliance & Excellence:
Requirement Criteria -
- Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum 1+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in field sales, with a consistent track record.
- A strong existing personal network.
