- Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory
- Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.
- Should possess Product/ solution selling experience to Retail customers to acquire new merchants.
- Good knowledge of retail industry
- Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities
- Customer centric approach with prior experience interfacing with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches
- Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building skills
- Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales
