Manager - Channel Sales - FinTech (5-10 yrs)
Job role:
As a Channel Relationship Manager, you have strong understanding and relationships on
how channel partners (VAR, SI, OEM, Banks) work to help accelerate the distribution of technology/SaaS company. Our objective is to accelerate the sales and distribution of our flagship GST compliance solution to the top CAs & mass SMEs in the country by leveraging multiple types of channel partnership models.
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong Channel Eco System with a strong Plan to deliver organizations

- Travel extensively across channel partner network to sign up and grow them
- Become a subject expert on the ClearTax GST product
- Ability to program manage and execute trainings for channel sales team members
- Deliver revenue targets assigned month on month through assigned channels
- Understand on ground challenges and tweak the pitch and process
- Handle and manage channel conflict
Required skills
- Proficiency in English, and region language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fast learning curve and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering effective pitches & presentations
- 5+ years prior experience in sales
- 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales
