Key Responsibilities :

Channel Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify potential channel partners and assess their capabilities.

Partner Management :

- Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential channel partners.

- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners to ensure their success.

Sales Enablement :

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales tools and promotional materials for partners.

- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance partner sales capabilities.

Performance Monitoring :

- Track and analyze channel sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Identify trends and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration :


- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align channel strategies with overall business goals.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings to share partner feedback and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in channel sales or partner management, preferably in [industry].

- Strong understanding of sales processes and channel dynamics.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
