Manager - Channel Sales - eCommerce (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve predetermined targets effectively from lead generation to lead closure.

- Foster and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners in the region, augmenting channel partner penetration for Ecommerce purposes.

- Conduct training sessions for channel partners, emphasizing the cost-benefit analysis associated with engaging in Ecommerce logistics business.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities within the industry.

- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to synchronize sales strategies with overarching business objectives.

- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients in the region to enhance business retention and growth.

- Identify potential clusters and avenues for the expansion of B2C customer base.

- Grasp client needs and challenges comprehensively, presenting tailored solutions aligned with industry offerings.

- Conduct regular client meetings in collaboration with channel partners to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any arising issues.

- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, encompassing prospecting, contract negotiation, and successful closure.

- Work closely with the operations and channel partners team to ensure seamless service delivery that meets client expectations.

- Monitor and generate reports on sales performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.

- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the designated region to fuel company growth.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to actively promote company services and generate quality leads.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize and enhance sales strategies.

- Coordinate with the Commercial team to ensure timely collections, maintaining financial stability and business continuity.

- Extend guidance and assistance to internal teams fostering synergy and holistic growth across the organization.

- Drive targeted strategies for upselling and cross-selling ecommerce products, leveraging client insights to create tailored offerings that maximize value.

Qualification: MBA

Age Criteria: 32yrs
