Hiring Channel Sales Manager to Chennai
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Build on a strong history of networked contacts, expanding the breadth and recognition of LBS.
- Sign channel partners that fit company channel strategy
- Manage LBS relationship with Channel Partner groups to exceed revenue objectives.
- Recruit and develop new VAR, SI, ISV partners based on market opportunities in various geographical, product, and market segments to exceed revenue objectives.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Working with Channel Partner, Sales Team, and Creative, advertising, marketing and team members.
- Expanding Channel Partner relationships and bringing in new clients from channel revenue.
- Develop and maintain financial and non-financial metrics to measure channel partner performance, including partner company financials, partner sales bookings, partner marketing capabilities, partner service capabilities, and partner management capabilities.
- Work in conjunction with the other members of the LBS BI & sales team to minimize conflict and ensure the right sales distribution entities are pursuing the appropriate customers.
- Generate sales reports on a regular basis to characterize all revenue opportunities (indirect).
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 4 -7 years relevant HR & SaaS industry channel sales and or carrier experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills. Excellent selling and presentation skills. Channel sales and territory management experience. Strong computer literacy in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook programs.
- Past relationships with telecom Dealers, VAR's & ISV's. To assist in the sale of LBS (HR Analytics).
- Communicate with all levels of the organization to provide information and collect information. Effectively communicate strategies to senior management and intercompany subsidiaries.
- No supervise responsibilities with this position.
- Computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
- MBA with graduation in technology or computer science.
