Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI/FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage strong partnerships with distribution channels in the Hospet region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's reach, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring a strong market presence through channel partners. This role requires excellent relationship management, negotiation skills, and strategic planning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, distributors, and business associates.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand business outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for channel growth.
- Monitor partner performance and provide training, support, and incentives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Ensure partners adhere to company policies, product guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Drive channel productivity by providing the necessary tools, knowledge, and support.
- Regularly review sales data, track performance, and provide reports to senior management.
- Resolve partner concerns and ensure a seamless sales process.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 year of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics and partner management.
- Ability to build networks, influence stakeholders, and foster long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze sales performance and optimize channel strategies.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach to sales and business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
