Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (2-7 yrs)
Job Requirements :
- Driving recruitment, training, and activation of agents
- Monitor agent business performance to ensure activation
- Generation of leads to drive sales ensuring achievement of targets
- Follow up on policy renewals
- Increasing product awareness among agents
Required Candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
