Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
A Channel Sales Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the sales efforts of a company's third-party partners, resellers, or distributors (referred to as "channel partners").
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategies to target corporate clients and achieve sales goals.
- Lead and motivate a sales team, providing training and support.
- Build long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Analyze sales data, forecast performance, and report to senior management.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
