Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving and expanding sales through a network of channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the agency vertical within your designated region.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of agents to perform at their best.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and agents.
- Conduct market analysis and develop effective sales strategies.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory) with a valid license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building teams.
