Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
We are actively searching candidates with experience in field sales. Your role as a business development manager will be to improve sales of the company's goods and services while providing a clean sales process.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Charged with developing your team through self-networking
- To increase sales, you must train and inspire them.
- You have to organize sales visit for business development
- Train your team members to generate more sales.
- Scheduling weekly and monthly meetings to discuss methods for achieving the goa
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any graduate with strong communication abilities and market awareness
- Must have at least two years of experience in sales and marketing
- The capacity to mentor and coach the sales team
- A local applicant with a strong local network
