Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Hubli. The ideal applicant should have at least two years of field sales experience, particularly in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, or B2C sales. This position entails establishing and maintaining channel partners, directing sales via them, and assuring constant revenue development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage channel partners (agents, distributors, brokers, or dealers) to boost sales.
- Recruit, train, and inspire channel partners to boost performance.
- Create and maintain solid connections with both existing and new partners.
- Implement sales methods to boost income from channel sales.
- Monitor and assess the sales performance of channel partners, and provide assistance as needed.
- Conduct market research to discover new business prospects.
- Schedule sales training and product knowledge seminars for partners.
- Maintain seamless collaboration between channel partners and the firm.
- Keep accurate sales records and reporting in CRM tools.
- Ensure adherence to business rules and industry requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of two years of field sales experience, particularly in BFSI, FMCG, or B2C sales.
- Effective relationship management, negotiating, and sales abilities.
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
- Capable of recruiting, training, and managing channel partners successfully.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-focused.
- Expertise with CRM technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel throughout Hubli and the surrounding areas for company growth.
- Experience selling insurance, loans, mutual funds, or other financial products.
- Excellent networking and business growth abilities.
- Capability to identify market trends and implement sales strategy.
