- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

- Oversee B2B sales and branding initiatives by connecting with prospects, assessing customer potential, and planning targeted sales outreach.
- Identify and build relationships with key potential clients, generate business from current accounts, and drive profitability and sales growth.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a management role.
