Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
- Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and offer incentives to drive partner motivation.
- Organize product demos, webinars, and other events to engage partners and customers.
- Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and forecast for channel partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is Mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
