Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with channel partners in Jorhat. This role focuses on driving sales, expanding market reach, and strengthening partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit New Partners: Identify and onboard potential channel partners.
- Maintain Relationships: Build strong, lasting connections with existing partners.
- Strategize for Success: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to partners.
- Monitor Performance: Track sales metrics and provide performance insights.
- Provide Training: Conduct product and sales training sessions for partners.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any stream.
- Experience: 1+ years in channel sales or field sales.
Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to - 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
