Manager - Channel Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
The Channel Sales Manager role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with agents to enhance channel performance.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, onboard, and train new insurance agents to grow the distribution network.
- Drive and support agents to meet sales goals, promoting the company's insurance products.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Track and evaluate agent performance, offering support and solutions for underperformance.
- Build strong relationships with agents, addressing queries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensure agents adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Provide regular sales and performance reports.
Eligibility :
- Any bachelor degree
- 1 year sales experience
- Age 21-38
- Local preferable
Skills :
- Proven experience in sales.
- Ability to recruit and train new agents effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
