- Develop team of financial advisors from own reference
- Understand and address clients' financial needs and goals.
- Stay informed about market trends.
- Identify potential clients
- Set monthly agency goals and measure results vs. goals.
Qualification :
- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
