About the Role :
As a Channel Sales Manager for Insurance, you will oversee the performance of your team of Insurance Advisors, working to drive new sales and expand market reach. You'll implement effective sales strategies and manage agency relationships to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of Insurance Advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor advisor performance and provide support to achieve sales goals.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with agency partners.
- Conduct training programs to ensure a high level of product knowledge and sales skills.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-5 years of experience in insurance sales or channel sales management.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Age: 25 to 40 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation :
- Salary (CTC): 3.02 LPA to - 3.08 LPA
