Role Overview :
Manage and grow relationships with channel partners to boost sales and market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit Partners : Identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Build Relationships : Maintain strong connections with existing partners.
- Develop Strategies : Create tailored sales strategies for partners.
- Analyze Performance : Monitor sales metrics and provide insights.
- Train Partners : Conduct training sessions on products and sales techniques.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or Any stream.
- Experience : 1+ years in channel sales or Field Sales
Skills :
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented and analytical.
Compensation :
- CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
