A Channel Sales Manager sometimes referred to as a sales manager or sales executive, oversees a group of sales representatives in order to generate revenue for the business. They are in charge of establishing sales targets, finding new clients, and preserving existing ones.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and lead the efforts to secure them.

- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.

- Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.

- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.

- Ensuring all staff exercise good time management

- Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.

Candidate requirement:

- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any field.

- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.

- Age 21 to 38 years.
