Manager - Channel Sales - BFS (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities within the assigned districts.
- Ensure that district sales staffs adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other field sales Agents
- Train them for sales target
- Requite agents and motivate them for achieve goal
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
