Roles and Responsibilities :
- Agent hiring and management: identify, hire, and monitor advisers at a suitable location.
- Monitor your team's performance and guide improvement when necessary.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential new customers to expand our client base.
- Carrying out a sales plan by using market segmentation, expands the market's reach.
Candidate Desired profile :
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on-field sales functions.
- Age bracket : 21 to 38 years.
- Local native is Mandatory for 3-5 years.
