Roles and Responsibilities:
- Visit customers on daily basis.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Monitor, review and guide their performance periodically
- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
- Prepare shareholder reports on the development of your business effort.
- Manage risks and establish quarterly goals for achievements.
- Establish local networks and sources within the territory to find qualified new Agent candidates
- Recognize sales opportunities in leads from marketing activities.
Candidate profile:
Any Graduate.
2+ Years of Exp. in Sales and Marketing.
Age: 21 to 40 years.
Local candidate is preferable.
Good communication skills
