Manager - Channel Sales (1-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Bijapur. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of field sales experience and a strong ability to build and manage channel partnerships, drive revenue growth, and expand market reach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, or agents in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize partner performance and achieve business targets.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to channel partners to improve sales effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between the company and channel partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business development activities.
- Drive brand visibility and market penetration through effective channel engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in channel sales or B2B/B2C sales.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channel partners.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bijapur and nearby areas for partner engagement.
